In-Person Individual Counselling
In-person counselling sessions at Nourish Wellness in Downtown Comox, every weekday. Head to the waiting room on the right hand side and take a seat. You may keep your shoes on. The counsellor will come and get you at your session start time. Please silence your phone during our session.
Online Individual Counselling
Online counselling sessions for returning clients. Please make sure you are in a private, secure location and alone. Please refrain from engaging in any distracting activities, including driving, multitasking, vaping, or attending to other responsibilities during the session. Please do not have children or other dependents present during sessions unless necessary and pre-approved by the therapist. Please keep your phone on silent during the session unless necessary and pre-approved by the therapist.
